Due to growing deal flow, our client, an industry leading M&A house are currently seeking to bring in two strong M&A associates / VP's to their UK and pan European teams. The firm, who focus on small, mid and large cap transactions across Oil/Gas/Power/Energy as well as Consumer/Retail/TMT look for outstanding candidates with exceptional academic records (to BSc/MSc ideally with MBA or CFA qualifications on top). Succuessful candidates for these roles will be working on live transactions, and play a key role in delivering project milestones. You will gain exposure to the full deal lifecycle, from initial origination through to completed execution. The successful candidates are likely to:



Be working on transactions in either small, mid, or large cap deals, within the UK or Pan European markets.
Have exceptional modelling and valuations skills in either UK or Pan European corporates
Have exceptionally strong academics to MSc/ DEA level or equivalent, and ideally futher qualifications such as MBA, CFA or CA.
Client facing exposure, or transaction experience
Excellent communication skills, with fluent English compulsary and European language skills of benefit
Significant exposure to the execution of a variety of transactions and in particular with good UK or Pan European experience.
