Accounts Payable Team Leader required for Manchester based retail organisation. My client is a market leading company that is part of a global group which operates successfully within a consistently buoyant market place. Following a recent expansion into a new market stream in Europe, My client is looking to add to its experienced AP team and has an opportunity for a Team Leader to join a business with a UK turn over of £120 Million with excellent routes for career progression.

Working closely with the Finance Manager who will assist you as you establish yourself within the department, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5 AP clerks. In addition to managing a portfolio of personal clients, you will ensure that your team works efficiently and meets existing KPI's and SLA's. You will assess and implement new procedures were necessary and continually seek to maintain the departments high standards. The ideal candidate will be degree qualified (2:1 and above) with strong IT skills (Ideally with Excel and SAP) and experience of success within a similar role.
