Description:
A top tier Investment Bank - one of the top players in commodities - currently seeks an experienced product controller to join their Exotic Commodities function in London. You will be responsible for:Ø Developing effective relationships with the traders, marketers and other business functions
Ø Providing the daily P&L for Commodities & Exotics trading books
Ø Maintaining / developing tools to produce and control the P&L official figures in an accurate and efficient manner.
Ø Obtaining traders sign-off
Ø Managing a team
Suitable candidates must have:
Ø BSc / MSc level qualifications within a finance related discipline
Ø Experience dealing with P&L
Ø Good knowledge of Commodities and/or Exotics products
Ø Possess strong Excel/Access skills
Ø Strong Communication skills
ACA, CIMA, ACCA qualifications/language skills would be highly advantageous. Candidates from backgrounds outside of commodities will be considered.
