Our client is a leading global rating agency who currently seeks a Credit Analyst – Whole Business Securitisation to join the Global Infrastructure Group based in London to be responsible for the credit rating of all types of debt related to financing global projects and infrastructure assets in the transportation, energy, water and social infrastructure sectors.


Key responsibilities include
•Review the ratings and analysis for allocated securitisations on an annual basis or more regularly where issues arise
•Support the rest of the Global Infrastructure team in other credit-related work or projects as required
•Your role will be to assume full responsibility for monitoring ratings and analysis of whole business securitisations and their associated industry sectors
•Primary sectors monitored include leisure, pubs, private hospitals, nursing healthcare, transportation, regulated utilities and other infrastructure-related sectors
•A keen interest and an ability to understand the sectors in which these companies operate and to assess the impact of management's strategy on operational and financial performance is critical


To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will need possess experience in any of the following sectors: Whole Business Securitisation, Leveraged Finance, CMBS, Corporate Finance, Structured Finance and/or understand complex structured finance documentation. Due to the nature of the role strong communication is essential.
