Looking for a new challenge? If so, this brokerage firm could be the place for you. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic Operations Control Manager to join the Futures Operations division. Reporting to the Director Futures Operations, this is an exciting and high profile position which will help drive the division forward.Responsibilities include:
•Identification and delivery of control based solutions to internal clients and partners for Operations areas
•Project management work involving the advancement and maintaining an analytical approach to keep pace with regulatory changes, e.g. Sarbanes Oxley
•Developing new process flows
•Monitoring and updating existing process flows
•Monitoring and controlling the User Access Management process
•Developing regular MIS reporting for senior management
•Review of Exchange and broker reconciliations
•Producing weekly, bimonthly, monthly, and yearly reports on transaction processing risk
To be considered for this exciting role, the ideal candidate will be experienced in an Operation Control function with a proven background gained within a Futures Operations environment, specifically within Sarbanes-Oxley. Proven understanding of the typical process control profile and of the processes in the end-to-end transaction flow along with client facing experience and excellent negotiation and communication (written and oral) skills
