We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Risk Management software house, who specialise in providing risk management platforms into the investment banking and investment management community.
Now seeking to recruit an additional member of staff to join their operational support team, they are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate strong understanding of trade cycles including booking a deal, settlements, P& L calculations, middle office risk management etc.  Not necessarily being an expert or being involved in day to day processing, you will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of processes, either from having covered roles historically or perhaps from a project background.
In addition candidates who can demonstrate a strong and clear appreciation for P & L reporting across GL's (General Ledgers) from either an operations, projects or product control would be seen as a strong advantage. Asset class irrelevant as it is your understanding of the process they are seeking although product exposure to derivatives is a further benefit.
