Description:
An exciting role for a SOX Manager has arisen within this leading Brokerage Company, based in their London Office. Our client is the leading broker of exchange-listed futures and options in the world.The key responsibilities of this role are
Run the UK Sarbanes-Oxley S404 reporting program and report to SOX Management in NY
Ensure that quarterly Certification is provided to NY in compliance with the legislative requirements.
Maintain communications with SOX Office, Internal Audit and External Auditors to provide status update on SOX testing.
Keep up with SOX audit requirements, latest issues, future changes proposed by Public Company Accounting Oversight Board ("PCAOB") by participating appropriate trainings and conference calls.
Ensure that quarterly testing, control assessments and risk assessments are completed within required timescales
Act as liaison with Business Line functions to ensure that current practices are understood and validated.
The ideal candidate will
Be educated to a degree level, able to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization, have extensive experience in a risk management role, with strong Financial /Accounting technical skills.
