Description:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Analyst to join the Operational Risk Management team at the worlds inter dealer broker. Reporting to the Operational Risk Management Director you will work with the business units to identify and mitigate areas of risk which might arise from inadequate or failed internal processes, people and systems, or from external events.Key Responsibilities include:
•Assist in the implementation of the operational risk strategy in the EMEA region
•Build relationships with the front office and support business heads
•Assist the Director of ORM in collecting, analyzing, and reporting of operational risk data
•Assist the business units in updating their semi-annual risk assessments
•Update and maintain all operational risk management systems, models, and tools
•Participate in project teams and liaise with the business unit representatives
To be considered for this exciting role, the ideal candidate will be educated to a degree level with extensive post-undergrad work experience, strong understanding of industry and regulatory standards of Operational Risk Management, good knowledge of Capital Markets along with MS Office experience and strong interaction skills with all levels of staff.
